Shelf Life and Storage

Shelf life = 1 year

  • Store frozen at -18°C (0°F) or colder. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
  • Refrigerate thawed product at 4°C (39°F) or colder and use within 2-3 days.

Heating Instructions

  • Convection Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place egg bites in a single layer on a lined or sprayed sheet. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Microwave – Recommended for individual servings, not bulk. 60-90 seconds on high.
  • IMPORTANT – For single-serve formats, please cut 2 slits in the plastic or partially open package before heating to allow steam to escape safely.
