  • Breakfast Wrap
    Omelet: Whole Eggs, Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese [Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Sodium Phosphate, Milkfat, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Salt, Paprika and Annatto (colour)}, Powdered Cellulose (to prevent caking)], Water, Precooked Ham Water added (Ham, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Smoke Flavouring, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Onions, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Soybean Oil, Whole Milk, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid. FLOUR TORTILLA: Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil and Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil with Mono and Diglycerides, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dough Conditioner (Whey, L-Cysteine and/or Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Sulfate, Sodium Sulfite), Sodium Propionate (preservative), Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Sugar.

 
Preparation Instructions

For best results, prepare when product is completely thawed.

Microwave: Heat individual items 30 seconds on HIGH, turn and heat an additional 25 seconds on HIGH.

Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 175º C (350ºF). Place product on a parchment lined baking sheet and put in oven. Heat thoroughly for 25-30 minutes.

Convection Oven: Pre-heat oven to 160ºC (325ºF). Place product on a parchment lined baking sheet and put in oven. Heat thoroughly for 20-25 minutes.

Fryers: Pre-heat oil to 160ºC (325ºF). Immerse Breakfast Wrap in oil and cook for 3-3½ minutes.

* Due to oven variances, heating times may vary.
* Internal temperature of cooked product should be at or above 71° (160°F).
 

Storage & Handling

Storage:
 
 
Frozen: Store product at -18°C (0°F) or below.
Best if used in 6 months.
 
Thawed: Store product in a sanitary manner, at 4°C (39°F) or below.
Best if used within 3 days.
