Product Description

Preparation Instructions

Select stock pot or steam kettle large enough for water to float bags to be cooked. Fill vessel 3/4 full with water. Heat to boiling. Immerse bags in water, adjust heat to maintain low boil. Stir water and bags of eggs occasionally (about every 5 minutes) with paddle to assure uniform cooking. Remove bags from vessel when cooked to desired texture. Knead bags vigorously to break up cooked mass. Store unopned bags in pans covered without heat. Eggs will stay hot up to 1 1/2 hours.

Caution: Additional coking takes place when held.

To serve, slit bags.

Cooking Times

Frozen 50-60 minutes. Thawed 30-40 minutes.

Storage & Handling

• Product has a frozen shelf life of one year
• Product should be stored at -18° C (0° F) or below.
• Thaw product in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
• If not completely thawed, hold under cool running tap water until thawed.
• Refrigerate thawed product.
• Use within 3-5 days after thawing.
• Do not refreeze.
• Shake well before using
• Store product in a sanitary manner at 4° C (39° F) or below.
