 Preparation Instructions: Open bag when needed, preferably half an hour before consumption. Rinse eggs
under cold water before using.
SHELF LIFE:
Unopened Bag: 30 Days from the date of production, refrigerated. Check the expiry date
indicated on the packaging.
Opened Bag: 5 days, refrigerated.
Storage: Store product at 2°C (34°F), otherwise shelf life will be REDUCED. Once the bag is opened, store
unused eggs in an airtight container, cover with cold water and return to cooler. Please change the water in
the container daily. Use clean utensils, for eggs only.
