Preparation Instructions
For best results, prepare when product is completely thawed.
Microwave:
Heat on LOW power for 2 minutes. Rotate plate. Heat on HIGH for
an additional 2 minutes.
Note: Microwave directions are based on a 500-700 watt oven.
Conventional Oven:
160°C (320° F) for 20-25 minutes
Convection Oven:
150°C (300°F) for 20-30 minutes. Place thawed omelets on greased
stainless baking sheets (spray with vegetable oil or lined with parchment baking paper).
Cover with aluminum foil. Check bottom side of omelets during cooking to avoid any
undesirable browning.
* Due to oven variances, heating times may vary.
* Internal temperature of cooked product should be at or above 71°C
(160°F).
