Labour Saving Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 EggSolutions Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped EggSolutions Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs, Mayonnaise, Roasted Garlic Aioli, Dijon Mustard, chopped dill and parsley.
  2. Season the mixture with salt to taste. Be careful with the salt
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to over mix as you want to maintain some texture in the egg salad.
