Egg Salad and Smoked Salmon Croissant

  1. Preheat your oven to 360°F. Place the unbaked Lantmannen croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly brush the top of the croissant with water. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the top of the croissant.
  3. Place the baking sheet with the croissant in the preheated oven and bake according to the package instructions (18-20 min).
  4. Once the croissant is baked and cooled slightly, slice it in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
  5. Spread a generous amount of roasted garlic aioli on both cut sides of the croissant.
  6. On the bottom half of the croissant, layer lettuce leaves followed by a generous portion of slices of smoked salmon. Top with egg salad made with EggSolutions Peeled Hard Cooked Eggs.
  7. Place the top half of the croissant over the fillings to close the sandwich.
  8. Slice the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately. Serve the sandwich with a side of pickles, potato chips, or a simple green salad for a well-rounded meal.
