4 Cheese Pizette
															Ingredients
- 50 Defrosted Plain Omelettes/ 100 egg patties
 - 1kg shredded cheddar cheese
 - 200g grainy Dijon mustard
 - 1kg mayonnaise
 - 15ml Worcestershire sauce
 - 5ml hot sauce
 - 250g diced red pepper
 - 250g diced green pepper
 - 1kg brie cheese, thinly sliced
 - 500g chevre cheese crumbled
 - 250g shredded mozzarella cheese
 - Chopped parsley
 
Directions
- Combine shredded cheddar, mustard, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together and mix till well blended.
 - Unfold defrosted omelettes carefully to ensure you don’t break it. And place on baking sheets.
 - Spread 60g of the cheddar mixture evenly over omelette.
 - Mix red and green peppers together and sprinkle over cheddar cheese.
 - Place 3 Brie slices and crumbled goats cheese on omelette.
 - Mix chopped parsley and mozzarella together and sprinkle over entire omelette.
 - Bake in a 375°oven until cheese melts and omelettes have reached an internal temperature of 74°C or 165°F for 15 seconds.
