Sour Cream & Chive Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 x 5lb bag frozen scrambled egg mix
  • 30g fresh chopped chives
  • 175g shredded cheese
  • 250ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook eggs from frozen as per cooking instructions in the case but reduce cooking time to 45-50 minutes.

  2. Open bag and pour eggs into a bowl add all other ingredients and mix well place in serving bowl and serve.
